About Garden City Housing Team, Inc.

The Garden City Housing Team is a 501c3 nonprofit organization comprised of residents, employees, business owners, neighborhood groups and church affiliates have been assembled as the City’s “Community Housing Team” for Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) program.

Our goal is to design and implement a housing program to improve both the quality of life of our citizens and the community’s economic conditions.
